****PC Build Request Form****

Budget & Currency: Nothing more than $2,250.

Peripherals & Monitor: I have a mouse and keyboard and headset and stuff. I'm looking to have an 2 Monitor setup, and would prefer Asus or Acer monitors

Games: Battlefield 4 (High Graphics would be nice)

Software: Windows 7 or Windows 8. I would like to have DxTory for recording, as well as Sony Vegas for editing videos

Aesthetics: Black

Rebates/Promos:

Details: I will have a dual monitor setup, and I will use this computer for 90% gaming, and 10% surfing the web

When: I should have this maybe a little after Christmas (I know parts could get out dated, I just want a general idea)

If you wanted to round it up to the $2.200 mark, take the 280X out and replace with a GTX 780... But it is really not needed.

1333Mhz RAM is perfect. Speeds make next to no difference in gaming or other tasks.

They may do on paper, but in the real world it is unnoticeable.

Also that i7 is Ivy Bridge.

I'm not gonna lie,. i just picked out random parts that i have heard good reviews about from others. I know little about Intel tbf.

RAM wise, the nice number is 1600Mhz but 270 ish Mhz won't make that much of a difference in all fairness.

EDIT: It will still do all he wants from it for a fair few years tbh.

I wouldn't recommend getting an old dated Sandy bridge processor,. It's two years old and two generations previously. If you're looking for a really cheap i7-4770k, get it from Microcenter. They are selling them for 280! [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
