*I didn't see the other tut like this before sorry if this is kind of the same.*
Alright guys, this trick is very similiar to the Halo 3 Recon one.

1. First off you'll need:
-Any copy of Halo Reach
-Transfer Cable/USB Stick
-Xport 360/USB Explorer
-Profile Editor v2
-Modio
-Halo Waypoint Downloaded

2. The next part of this tut is simply modding your gamerscore.

It's very important that you mod Halo 3 and Halo Reach.

3. From here we go to the console. Go to the Game Marketplace and download Halo Waypoint. (If you had Halo Waypoint before, you'll probably need to get the updated version for Reach.)

4. Go to Campaign Progress and wait for it to load. From here it should say you've unlocked the following:
-Military Police(Base)
-Military Police(CBRN/HU/RS)
-Military Police(HU/RS/CNM)
-CQB(Base)
-CQB(HU/RS/CNM)
-CQB(UA/HUL)
-UA/Base Security[W]

5. Start up Halo Reach and enjoy. 8)

most gamerscore modding, or in this case halo modding is most likly to be a insta ban as soon as you sign on to live so good luck trying!

Thats why im not even going to touch my gamerscore unlegitly. IM only tapping into it for a crtian attacvment in halo 3.
