I'm pretty sure the servers are actually down. Whenever I try and connect to any server, even empty, I get 'Failed to connect', and every server displayed has 0 players.

Edit: Nevermind, looks like they're up now.

Why does everyone assume you get a ban for playing games early? It's a stupid assumption to make.

People can and do get games early legit from local games stores. I've played all of the big titles within the past 2-3 years around 4-5 days early and never had a ban. Microsoft can't really distinguish between legitimate copies and fake copies, and that's why you won't get banned.

That's what I'm trying to say mate, MS can't really tell the difference between a burned copy and a legit copy.

So just to confirm, the servers ARE up? Like you can play multiplayer with other people?

May i ask is the Disc 1 for HD content and multiplayer? If i only burn 1 disc can i play it online?

Yes you can, the other disk is just single player.
