Those are the nike air mags they came out a year ago and the only way that you can buy is from Ebay and he sells them for $4,000 because they are modeled after the shoes from the movie "Back to the Future"

The box they are selling them in isn't even genuine so I wouldn't buy them.

They're fake. You can see the elastic bands in the shoes' upper to midsole. Real Air mags do not have that.

Stay away!
These are really fake man. This shoes go for about $2500+ because they are limited to 3000 pairs or less I believe. Taobao has authentic kicks but you have to look for a seller with at least 4 diamonds. make sure you get an agent as well. I would stay away from these air mags because if you step in a small puddle these shoes can easily cause harm to you.
