I got a challenge lobby earlier and got a 14 day ban. Just letting the people that thought they stopped banning people.

You can still receive a ban, no matter how safe you think the lobby is. IW/ 3arc can see when you do a lobby, you may not be banned right a way or you may not be banned at all...but there is always a chance.
