Okay, so my National Insurance number came today and I am going to start to look for a job. Will i have to put the number on my CV? or just bring the piece of pper along with me?

i never put it on my cv if you get the job you apply for then they will ask you for you NI number after that was how it was for me

No, there is no need to put your National Insurance Number number on your CV. Your CV should contain personal details (D.O.B, Address, Mobile & Email), Career objective, achievements and abilities, education & employment, interests (preferably in order) and referees. Nothing else is compulsory to add. If you put your National Insurance Number on there and it gets into the wrong hands (like and illegal worker) then that could be very bad for you!

You should recieve it when you're 16, Sometimes it can come late though.

You usually get it a couple of months before or on your 16th birthday. Mine came 3 months before.

My birthdate is 15/1/98
Got mines today so rougly about 2-3 months before your 16th
