I don't get any xp for the laps anymore but my friends do.

I mean like. I don't get any xp period. My friends get like 3500 a lap but I get like 100. and a tab pops up saying i maxed out all rp for this mission

Go to another mission, ALSO go slow the first lap, faster the second, THEN fastest on the third, each time you beat your lap you get 3k.
