Hey I have had a Elgato since August. I spent all my birthday money for it. But I have a crapy laptop. When I have it hooked up the display will be 10 minutes behind my tv some times, but that doesn't bother me it's when ever I go to record sometimes my video is really bugy and just the pixels are all over the place. I have tried a lot of things to try to fix it so if someone can put any thing in the comments and if I haven't tried I'll try. Thank you
PS: my laptop has 4gb of ram.

Hows that helpful?

Anyways, try search youtube on best setting, if that doesn't work, try LOWEST settings, is anything running in the background? Open task manager and check (CTRL+SHIFT+ESC) then press procceses, if somethings running that you dont need just end the process.
