i done a mission which i normally get 5k for a and i got 10k but my friend still got 5k whats this mean?

Was it your mission? Did somebody call you on the phone and give it to you? If so, that's why. Whoever's mission it is gets the full payout, while others get half.

its because he isn't a high enough level for the mission to be unlocked so he only gets half the money

he is a higher level than me though? he called and requested the mission he is rank 70 i am 60 yet he got half and i got full ?
