to be honest it depends on the type of person that sniping, if they are really good and have done a lot of Qs over the years then they would consider it to be good, but the person that hardly ever snipes and doesn't Qs they might think it is really bad. so over all the person who's playing will decide whether it is good or not, everyone will!

Honestly I hope not. I'm so sick of being killed from a player who his no skill that's running around trying to quick zoom 780 moon walk shot quick scoping. It completely ruins the game . I will be SO happy if it is close to non existent. People will actually have to play the game how it's meant to be played , not running around trying to use a sniper as a shotgun
