I believe this is the right forum sorry if it's not I usually stick to the jtag discussion but I recently tried to torrent like 8 files at once and I believe my isp found out and slowed down my Torrent speeds how do I fix this I am a noob when is comes to computers sorry I just want one Torrent to go faster than like . 1 kb a second. :/ plz help

Your ISP may throttle peer-to-peer traffic, but it's more likely that the files you're trying to download just have few seeders.
Pointless and/or fake. You can't make more seeders have the files, you can't increase the availability, you can't change your ISP's policies, and you can't get faster download speeds than what you're paying for.

Change your IP address, To do this, Run CMD as a administrator, Then type "Ipconfig/ release" (Do NOT type the quotes) and press enter, shut down PC and leave internet and phone line of for about 10 minutes and switch everything back on and your IP will have changed, I hope this worked for you.

Changing your public IP will not make anything faster and not everyone will have a dynamic IP in the first place.
