Are you referring to duping your cars?
You can only dupe a select few (That your friend gets to keep)
Just Youtube how to dupe cars, common cars are stolen really.. none bought off of websites, as they're too expensive.

You can dupe any (excluding DLC) though, not all of them can be saved as another player, as they're too valuable. Cars like sultans, any muscle, any car that is under the 50k value. I think thats how it is anyway, probably wrong, but oh well.
