Kick off is just your offline game mode. You can play this in single player, or you can play against your friends if they're round. Many people enjoy this for mini competitions when there friends are round. Or if you have no internet or your internet has been disconnected you can play this game mode.

Ultimate Team is a mode in FIFA where you build teams using any players from all the leagues to play offline and online. There are tournaments where you play to win cups. EA have set tournaments which are always available and they also add new tournaments during each month with different entry criteria. More on the detail of that later. Then there are seasons where you play in 10 divisions starting in Div 10 trying to work your way up. You randomly play people online who are in your division and there is no league table. You just have to reach a certain number of points in a certain number of games to get promoted or win the division. If you dont reach the minimum points you will be relegated to the division below. You can play as many seasons as you want.
Craft your ultimate dream team with 40 legendary playersincluding Pelcompeting alongside todays football stars. Legends will be randomly included in Gold Packs or available through the Transfer Market beginning with the launch of the Xbox One.

In this game mode you start off in division 10, and you can work your way down to division 1. With this you can select any team you wish, and you can go and compete online. It will be a season, so you'll play 9 matches, and they will give you a target for, relegation, promotion, staying, or division title. With this, you can do online friendlies where you play against your friends, and this will also be a season, and you will accumulate points.

This is a brand new feature from EA, and has been liked very much on the new game release. This is the same as Head to Head seasons, except you can play with a friend and compete against to other users. This again is a season, so you need to win as many games as you can, and you can get promoted, failing to do so, and you don't do very well, you can get demoted.

This again is one of your offline modes, you can select to be either a player or a manager. If you're a manager you can buy and sell players, and you can build a great squad. There will be friendlies, and competitions. This game mode is highly regarded, as it is much more involving like FUT.

This has been around for some time now. This is a very good game mode to play with friends. This is only for online, and you have to play a game with more than one person. You can build your pro, and get his ratings up. This is good fun to play with friends, there is also a TTG Pro Club. If you're not part of a club, you can use the drop in session. This is where it will be online, but random people will be playing with you, against others.

Pro Clubs Seasons lets you join or create a club, allowing for up to 11v11 online gameplay. Create your pro and play clubs or drop-in matches where your performance increases your attributes, appearance, and traits.

As part of a club, start in Division 10 and try to rise through the ranks earning promotion and even titles along your way. Only the best can make it to Division 1 and compete for the coveted League Title.

There is a web app, and this was availble to everyone at the start and before the release. Now you can only access the web app if you have bought the game, and used it on your console.

They have now released an iPhone app for the Ultimate Team. For this you have to go to the "App Store" and go on "Search" and then type in "ea sports football club". It should be the free one create by Electronic Arts. On this you can do everything you normally do on FUT, except play matches.

This has been around since FIFA13. But how it works is you build xp. You can do this by simply logging into it (Via Console) that will give you 10xp. And you can earn it by doing other things on the game by completeing things. However you can build this up and buy things on the catalogue, such as new things for your pro, celebrations and loads more things to suit each game mode. However you cannot buy everything, as you will have to be a certain level to access things. You can also gift things to your friends.

This has been going on for sometime now, and people wait everyday to see if it is on. This is for FUT only. EA will release these special packs, and no one will know when they're out. You have to watch EA's twitter as they will announce it there. Happy hour, is special packs, and they are more expensive, but are meant to make you get slightly better players as the packs are bigger giving you more chance.

If you have been hacked, there is nothing we can do here. Just remember to NEVER enter your details anywhere. This saves the problem. If you have, you should message EA by either Email, or Via Live Chat. And hopefully if you provide enough proof they can act on that and help you.

My own technique involves more than 50k. My own personal technique to earn coins is, when I see someone that is highly rated/regarded on FUT, and then I will find what the price usually is for that certain player. Then I will go back to the search box, and type in the players name, and then I will try and cut the usual price by about 10k (starting with) and then I go up .500 each time, and then I will find one that is about 6k cheaper then normal and I would sell it on for normal. This method requires a lot of patience. Keep repeating this.

Skill games have been new introduced to this years FIFA 14. Skill games are little games you can complete when playing kick off, or something like that. You can earn points on the, and a leader board is held, and you can see how you're doing in comparison with your friends. With this, there are certain levels of skill games, bronze, silver and gold. Here are the skill games here along with the tuts:

In this drill, you will have to use the slide tack to get the ball away from each attacker. When coe to an attacker press 'X' to slide tackle and knock the ball away. Make sure you tackle the players inside the highlighted box, otherwise the drill will end. Time your tackles otherwise you will foul the player and drill will end.

Just as you ised a slide tack to knock the ball away from the attacking team you will now be using the standing tackle. Press 'B' to perform a standing tackle, make sure you tackle the players inside the highlighted box, otherwise the drill will end. Time your tackles otherwise you will foul the player and the drill will end.

In this drill, you can use both standing and slide tackles to get the ball away from the attacking team. You get more points if you successfully tackle the ball before the attacker crosses the line at the edge of the box. The drill ends if you allow the attacker to dribble the ball out of bounds and if you tackle the attacker without any ball contact.

In this drill, try to tackle the attackers before they get to the edge of the box. Every time you tackle them they will move to the next starting position. Win the game by tackling all of them after they get to the final starting position but before they dribble into the box. Time your tackles as the attackers will try to evade you. The earlier you tackle the opponents, the more points you will get.

This is a guide to try and help you get a Legendary rating on the Advanced Shooting Skill Challenge of FIFA 14. The video at the bottom of the article shows one of my attempts at the Skill Challenge. It wasnt my best (I started to choke at the end), but you can use it as a reference and try to take ideas from it.

Know how to earn points

Beating players with a skill move is worth 100 points, whereas a completed pass to a teammate is worth 200, and scoring a goal is worth anywhere from about 700 to 2000 points. So the best way to rack up points is to try and score quick goals, with a few passes thrown in, especially when crossing is an option. Dont waste time on trying to beat players, as a 1-2 pass around the defender will earn you more points, and is a safer option.

Pick one of the best

I picked Ronaldo in the example video for the Skill Challenge. You dont have to use him, but he has very high stats in all of the important attributes. Some of the most important are ; Acceleration, Sprint Speed, Finishing, Dribbling, Agility, Curve, Shot Power, Long Shots, Shot Power, Weak Foot and Skill Moves in no particular order. If you dont use Ronaldo, try and pick a player who has high ratings in those areas.

Learn what type of shot to use

This cant be explained without going into immense detail, which is why I made the video. Refer to that for ideas on when to shoot and how. Here are some general tips though;

Shoot from distance. Especially if using Ronaldo, you can score form further than you expect, and you will get lots of points
Use chipped shots. These tend to be worth more. Always use chip when the keeper starts off his line, or on one of the drills where he rushes out at you. You can get 1400-2000 every time by using a chipped shot.
Use flair or finesse on crosses. Mix and match between the two, but hold LT or RB when headering or volleying the ball. These will set of flair or finesse volleys and headers, which are often worth more or more accurate.

Price fixing is where someone goes onto the FUT market, and then buys all the players from the market for a certain price, and then puts them all up for a higher price than what he bought them for, there for increasing his profit margins, and has much more money than before. Some people creat groups to do this, as that could be more effective (depending on how much money you have).
