I spend my money on CE because I can afford to get it and am a big fan of GTA. Plus I have a very well paying job so I don't feel like I need to be smart with my money

Yet if you weren't so cheap you could have bought them like those of us who really wanted extra content. But like someone said above, when R* does a cloud purge it will remove all duplicated cars, police cars, modded cars, ect that arn't supposed to be in the game. When you duplicate a car it literally makes an exact copy of that car's ID and when more than 1 shows up in the database it will clear all of them except for the original in a purge. Most people think of it like a rollback in an MMORPG when a mass duplication glitch comes into play and ruins the eco.
