easy to do, just iso mod the vehcile spawn, of that plane to be at the airport, nuff said, and this was made by The Stickie Mod, i have played gta v online with this guy before an dhe is 100% legit, he did projectile swaps and random vehicle spawns all teh time.

Yeah thats true i say in the video description that i did it with The Stickie Mod. and the only problem is, is that it only spawns in the military base. So its a pain in the ass to get and there is usually an NPC driving it around so u have to chase them down also.
