You will always end up on top of the bullies, trust me.
Give it time and focus on what you want to do in life, your still very young.

The best and most obvious way to stop bullying in schools is for parents to change the way they parent their children at home. Of course, this is much easier said than done and everyone parents their children differently. Bullies, however, come from homes where physical punishment is used and children have been taught that physical violence is the way to handle problems and get their way.
Bullies usually also come from homes where the parents fight a lot, so violence has been modeled for them. Parental involvement often is lacking in bullies lives and there seems to be little warmth.
Early intervention and effective discipline and boundaries truly is the best way to stop bullying, but parents of the victims or therapists cannot change the bullys home environment. Some things can be done at the school level, however.

Bullying is something that will never be stopped, and that's ok. What's not ok is the push for and "end to bullying"; that's absolute bullshit. What needs to happen instead is to teach kids how to deal with it themselves, because all that it's going to do is train them to grow up and not know how to deal with their own issues.

I never saw the big deal with bullying.. I was bullied alot in school just gotta learn to blow it off and ignore it... sure it'll suck maybe they'll get to you every once and a while but then again that's just life they're bullies when you're older and they'll be bullies when you're a kid... Life sucks sometimes just gonna learn to get through the hard times and look forward to the good ones... just don't resort to anything like hurting yourself... and you're 16 you shouldn't worry about about a boyfriend or girlfriend whichever you prefer your'e in high school when you graduate you probably wont talk to any of them again and you'll realize they weren't shit and the girl bullying you wasn't shit. I'm gonna go ahead and quit writing my life lessons and go play xbox. Goodbye.

I've deleted a lot of posts that were made in poor taste. Think before you post or you will be dealt with.
OP, this is not the place to bring this kind of thing up. There are places to seek help with bullying and TTG is not one of them.
