Step 1.) Go into Los Santos Customs with a fairly pricy car.
Step 2.) Go to sell car and sell it.
Step 3.) Quickly press start and go to online and go down to swap character.
Step 4.) Click swap character and then when you go into the swap character menu select the character you have just sold the car with.

It should bring you back to a new online session and when you go to your garage the car you sold should be there and just do the steps over again! Glad I could help you guys out!

How come i cant by a house with the money that i got from doing this? it keeps saying i have insufficient funds. :/

You have to go to an ATM and deposit the money.
