I don't know if someone has already posted a reply to this thread about it yet, BUT, Nasa already debunked this claim and it is nothing more than a big hoax.

Umm do you know what "it landing in water" can do?
A bus sized asteroid could create enough damage to kill the earth, the time and speed it's been slinging around, imagine throwing a brick in the sea, there's a huge splash for such a small thing.

I believe that the Astroid is named "Apophis" but don't rely on that. This might be a different Astroid.

Apophis is said to collide with earth some were along (2030-2036).
