Hi, basically, I am level 75, but have only unlocked from lester set bounty. I am a high enough level for everything but nothing is unlocked, this is the same for merryweather (only the crate is unlocked). How am I meant to get them all unlocked, I have played a few missions of Lesters, but how do I get everything the way it should.
Thanks for taking the time to read this and thanks in advance if you answer me, I will dupe you a sultan rs fully upgraded if you can help.

Play early level missions. Then free-roam a lot! You'll get it eventually!

It means you havent played all of the early rank missions, I got the same thing when I was rank 68 and I was so mad, just do all the jobs you get when they come up on your phone and hopefully it will work like it did for me...
