I just wonder i got an flashed xbox is that the same as rhg and what is the diffrens if not the same

No. Flashed just means the DVD drive has been flashed with custom firmware enabling the system to run game backups. RGH is where a chip was soldered to the motherboard which will enable the system to run homebrew. They are two completely different things.
