My question is ...one of my friends just told me that rockstar posted something about any glitching going on with money will result in a 2 year ban...I do not believe this one bit but I really want to confirm to be sure ...I have been glitch reselling cars for the past few days but I don't want to get banned ...is any of this true ? And also if u could tell me when the next update is for Xbox ...thnx +2REP for any one who can answer the question

I doubt you will get banned the worst you will get is a bad sport or a cheaters pool

People have been glitching for a while now and there have been no bans (ones with proof). That isn't to say they may start banning in the future though. Also, the update should be out soon.

You sound like my friend, we told him that the "Beach Boobie Pack DLC" made the women at the beach have bigger boobs, and you had to pay 10 GBP for it

This is not true, although rockstar clearly stated that:
'As Rockstar, we shall try our best to remove any glithing or hacking with in our games, but theres one thing we can not re-fix or re-do, this is money glitching, we shall try our best but not to promise or truthfully say that we can or may do to fix all these issues occuring with former gamers.'
Edit: Also a 2 year ban?! Mate please, these are messing with you bro, if that happened, i'd rather be resulted in a perminant ban, cnba waiting 2 years just for an account, i'd have anew one, possibly a new console by the time it's over.
