For ranking up do a race called criminal records
to do this press start go to online then jobs then join then search for criminal records once you find it you want to do these settings:
Laps:2
Class: whatever
time of day: current
weather: current
traffic: on
wanted levels: on
custom cars: on
catch-up: of
For money you want to start a race called down the drain use the same steps but for the settings it doesn't matter..
With 2 people first gets 7k
with 3 people first gets 10k
with 4 people first gets 13/14k
