I've been wanting to try them out lately but every time it says its down for maintenance and will be up soon. Is there a specific day it's releasing or it just releases whenever?

Because of all the bugs on release they took away the ability to buy them. There is a update coming in a week or so adding new vehicles weapons and clothes so maybe in this update they will add the ability buy them.

p.s You are actually going to buy this? everyone is rich from the money glitches so you are pretty much wasting your real money when everyone around you is rich for free.
