My friend is having problems with his money. When he tries to purchase property it says he has insufficient funds but he has enough money to buy it. Then when he finishes any mission his money gets put straight into the bank. Please help and thank you

is the money in his bank or what?? Try having it in the bank if not cash

When he tries to withdrawal his money it says he doesn't have money but he has money in his bank.

Try this
1. Withdraw all of the money
2. Buy something (bmx/Gun)
3. Deposit the rest of the money back into his bank
