I am currently downloading the iso files, for disk 1 and 2, I know I need to extract them both, BUT where do I put the files for both and which disk default do I boot ect, I have no idea.

Same thing as GTA V, just look it up if you cant find one on how to get Ghosts on it just look up how to install GTA V on it it has the same steps

Your best bet is to download the jtag rip of the game and just put it on your hdd.
