No, if 100 legit copies were sold already and there are 1000 people playing the game then there is a problem. However you make your mistakes and I will make mine.

So if Infinity Ward asks you where you got the game from and you say Infinity Ward..... That's not going to end well. However I do believe it is safe for Online because they won't have the server's up until the game releases. Therefore keeping people from gaining levels early. I doubt anyone would be banned from playing System Link or Campaign.

now im not saying that if you go on you wont be banned because i play games early aswell but people have been banned before for it and it is still possible.

I'm not going against you as I myself am about to play a flashed copy also, BUT there is a chance of getting banned.

Everytime we take our flashed xbox's online we're taking a risk. So it's a 50/50.
