So I'm level 114, and I can't seem to find a CargoBob anywhere? Does anyone know where to find them after level 41? +REP for location:)

Trevors airbase. Just go there online. Usually spawns during the morning

It stops spawning once you reach a certain level.

Go to the military base, or find a lower level to spawn you one at the airport
