I am doing a free mod service for people that want there forza 4 or 3 game save modded.I can't mod cars into the game reply or message back with the following:
+What level you want
+How much CR you want
+XP
+link to your profile
Let me know if there is any other stats you want modded.

I would recommend not going all out with the stats. It is not my fault if you get banned from wanting your stats too high.
