It depends on which host you're downloading from and what your internet speed is.

Typically, for the best speeds you should use premium (which will set you back around $13), but Putlocker also offers great speeds (often faster than premium links). If you've already got premium and if your download speeds are normally higher, go to speedtest.net and check your download speed to see if it's a problem on your end or on the hosts end. I used to get 600kbps when I had a broadband speed of about 4mb/s. If yours is a lot higher than this, either try downloading from a different host or restart your internet (if your download speed is normally much higher).
