I got gta 5 three days early from amazon, played game while connected to live the entire time and never got banned.

May i ask, how did you get it early?!

Exactly I played Gta 2 days early while signed in online, Also played MW3 & Black Ops 2 3 days early and have yet to be banned. You will be fine just play it dude. They give soo many people early copies of the game they can't keep up with everybody who has one. All they care about is the sellers that sold it to u and if its a retail copy. No need to worry over nothing. The people that say you will get banned are jealous that they don't have it and are trying to scare you into not playing it. Besides why get a game early if you aren't gonna play it?
