Is there any remedy's to make a quick recovery? I am currently on a 10w training schedule and i don't want to miss my training. Help!
The injury is not serious, i would like to be recovered withing the next 6 hours or so.

Well, not knowing exactly what it is, it's hard to say what will help the most. But basically, I'd recommend resting, icing it for around 20 min every hour or two, and ibuprofen. Also, don't push it, if it hurts then just stop and take a break for a couple of days, you don't want to make it worse.
