I want to buy ghosts for the ps4 but I don't wanna wait should I buy it for my 360 now or wait?

You should wait until xbox one mainly cause its very bugging and guns are not nerfed yet so just sit tight.

I don't believe you can. it has to be Xbox 360 to Xbox One and PS3 to PS4. It cannot switch like you are asking for.
