do you need a modded default_mp for mw3 xrpc tools? because I cant get the toold to conect and I have everythung set where they should be (and yes, I have sdk) and they work just fine for mw2

Some tools use a different .xex.
Check your plugins and see if they are the ones that the tool uses.
