Yes it should be able to run it on ultra.

The cpu is different, but that shouldn't make much of a difference in terms of performance. Here's a video of BF4 being played with 670's in SLI.

You might have to turn down the AA because most 670s and 2GB VRAM cards, but you should be able to play on ultra if you turn the AA down.

If you have a 4GB card then its all fine.
