Well rockstar... You've done it again...

Every time my Bad sport time gets to 00d 03h 00m It glitches back up to 01d 02h 59m WTF I can't get out of bad sport now. And I was offline a whole day yesterday (at my sisters) and it still glitched. Please someone help.

Is it possible you did something whilst in lobby to make your penalty longer?
Blowing other player vehicals up resets the time you are a bad sport
Also, being offline does not decrease your time spent as bad sport - you have to endure the whole penalty

On the plus note, yet again no update so you haven't missed anything, mabye your time as bad sport is just prosponed like everything else is with gta 5
