Let me start off saying I'm black but don't think I will have a bias rant. I was watching a video on YouTube of people fighting(black vs white) and someone posted saying, "why do N***ers always have to pull the racist cards?" In my mind I thought :facepalm: . Like honestly, I hate seeing a video with mainly black people and I see "N***ers need to die" or always drop the N-bomb. I've seen videos on people hating on blacks, Hispanics, Asians and they always seem to be white.
BUT[size=18] I Still don't think it's right for people to be racist to whites or any race for that matter. People often say "why is it ok for blacks to be racist to whites and be ok but its not ok for whites to be racist to blacks" and the answer is, it ALL has to do with what's happened with the last 300 years but I still don't think that's ok either.
In my opinion, I find that racism is started over the most POINTLESS things such as how a race acts or how they appear; and that racism is believed to be about EVERY person in that race group.
BUT[size=18] I Still don't think it's right for people to be racist to whites or any race for that matter. yea i personally dont use the N word cause half my family is black but the other half is white but i dont like it when people use it in front of me

Im White and I hate when other white people use the N word, I don't know why they try to pull the race card and just because 1 person from that race acts a certain way the rest automatically assumes they act that way.

I hate the way racist is thrown around. Oh I didn't talk to the black guy at school today so I'm racist. The word racist is thrown around too much.

I'm sorry I have to argue on this particular topic,
but why is it that people think it's okay to show hatred towards another person
for something that happened over 100 years ago?
It certainly does not make them a better person and it's all in the past.

Before I start talking about race, I want to simply say I associate myself with every race. I don't care if you're Hispanic,Black,Korean,Chinese,etc.
I believe it's not right to judge people according to their color, but more-so about their personality. We, as a culture are accustomed to labeling people of their appearance, which doesn't reveal who they are on the inside.
But something that angers me is the use of slavery as a "gateway" for sympathy. I'm assuming that's what your statement means when you said "what's happened with the last 300 years." Yes, slavery was a horrible era, but shouldn't be used as an excuse to get more leniency with racial conflicts. Every time there's a racial conflict, someone always seems to bring up "that's racist, my ancestors were slaves, and it's the white mans fault." In which with this statement just fuels the fire.
The other thing that angers me is the "N" word topic. To be honest, the only reason other cultures use it, is because it still offends people. If no one was offended by the word, it would die out. As to why if you call a white person a "cracker", most if not all are not offended by it. And now that word is pretty much an unused word. Yes, I do realize that the "N" word caries weight since it was used to describe black people in the slave era. But it would die out just as "cracker" did, if people weren't so offended by it. I see news casts and talk shows about banning that word. For which I can't believe is even in question.
I don't necessarily condone racial behavior but I don't stop it either. We as people, will always have racism in us. Whether you believe it or not, racism is here to stay.
