Well is it a legit copy of Windows 7 that you have?

Your Windows is not activated, I see you have a pirated version of Windows 7, Buy it, to remove it.

Open an elevated command prompt (administrator) and run "slmgr -rearm". When you reboot, the 30-day trial will be reset. You can reset the trial three times for 120 days of use and it appears that you've used one of the trials already.

It doesn't matter; it's just not licensed. This is a temporary solution.
