Okay, but your advertisement banner is designed to advertise what you do and so you should show off your work. Not make a crap one just for the sake of it.

Post a link to one your making for someone and i may withdraw my previous comment.

Just saying,i wouldn't charge for graphics if you have only been doing it for one day,i would keep improving and making them free until you get better, but still keep it up and you will get better!

Can i give you some advice. Iv been in the graphics industry both real world and Youtube for about 7 years now. So i first started on youtube and doing the things you are and charging for them. Youll get no where with it, dont charge anything at the moment. Get yourself known first.

People on sites like this only pay money for the good stuff. So they are going to want to see a portfolio and a Youtube if youve got one. So ask for subs for now, and comments on your portfolio. Get a good reputation going. While all this is happening, really concentrate on learning the different programs and the techniques that go with those programs.

Then when you get to a decent standard you can start charging. There is no point charging 1 for a banner, its not worth the time for the money you get. And i bet you not everyone pays you either. So when you get to a certain level. Start charging maybe 5 for a logo and 7 for a banner. This is still cheap and people will still go for it. Yes it will be less, but if you show them your worth the money, there likely to buy something. Furthermore youll have more time to practise if your not always working on peoples work.

Finally when you feel happy that your at a decent level with banners and logo's, branch yourself out a bit. Learn branding, 3D design, Manipulations and even motion design if your up for it. When you begin to branch out thats where you can be making the real money. And its all in the comfort of your own home.

Sorry about the earlier comment, didnt know you'd only been doing it a day. I wish you the very best and good luck. And if you ever have any questions just message me, ill be happy to help. But i promise you, get yourself known first, because nothing is better than having that good reputation!

Hope this helps you and any other new designers,
