is anyone been banned yet or is it a hoax. don't say syndicate got banned because he didn't get banned from ghost it was something else.

To my knowledge, No.
But however, they're more hacks out before the release date and they are exploiting this.

So, In my opinion, I think they will ban in the first week of the game.
