When you have a mission, open your phone and go to the mission by clicking job list. Hover over that job and once you are out of police sight slowly click A

How comes sometimes when I open up the store and leave GTA Online, the store is all laggy and stuff and everything is so slow and it gets stuck loading the store?

More than likely it's just a simple connection issue.
Try resetting your router

You have to wait until the cops are looking for you. So your radar and your stars need to be flashing each time you start clicking A

i done it so it comes up when the map is normal but the cops have that little radius thing searching for you and then i started to click A, and it just put me into the mission?

Restart the glitch, but be sure to restart your router this time
