I'm getting my dad's friend to build me a gaming computer but I don't know what to buy (Processor, Graphics Card, Motherboard, etc.) Please can you clever people of TTG give me some pointers? I also don't want to spend anything over 400 - 300. Private Message or Post on this (To help others too).

Thats a really tight budget, i would save up some money and get a better pc

Don't listen to that, 400 is a good starting budget, I will help build you a starter, whats your currency, do you need OS, mouse, keyboard or monitor?

Thanks a lot man I am only 12 so I don't have that much money xD But I am quitting console gaming for PC. My currency is Pounds (). I will need a Mouse, Keyboard and Monitor (What's OS)? My Birthday is 16th December so I will get money for Christmas and birthday.

If it is in pounds then it is a nice budget

OS=Operating system, but just saying, you're going to have a pretty bad build if you need a monitor, mouse, and a keyboard as well.

What do you mean? I am getting all gaming gear (Mouse, etc.) Why will it be a bad build?

So you need a 400GBP build with an OS, keyboard, mouse AND monitor?
