but they said that you can buy it digitally on xbox 360 on day one and transfer over to xbox one when you're ready

A week? more like a month... that is how long i had to wait for my digital copy...
Also any game you buy on the marketplace, you can re-download on the xbox one marketplace. And i learned that info from the xbox support team when i called about resetting my console id or some bs. Btw the game has to have xbox one support for you to be able to download it on xbox one.

its is digital on day one of the xbox one but will be digitally on xbox 360 maybe a week later than intital release
