So my friend told me that once you buy a house you can get the Elegy RH8 for free. So I searched on YouTube to see if he was lying but he wasn't so me and my friend have been trying to get it for free but we can't. Any suggestions on why we cant?

Once you own a garage you can order it from the Legendary Motorsports website for free. You must own a garage, you probably just bought a cheap apartment without a garage. If you're short on cash the cheapest garage you can get is 25k, shouldn't take long to get there. You may also have to link your rockstar social club account to your PSN/Xbox live account.

You must have your account linked the the Rockstar Social Club if you want the Elegy RH8.
Afterwards go to legendary motorsport and you will find it for free.

It's free only if your signed up and linked to a social club account.

Its nothing to do with buying a apartment. If you sign up to Rockstar Social Club and link you Gamertag to your Rockstar account you will be able to buy the car for free off the website.

Once you sign up to Rockstar Social Club the Elegy becomes available for free on the Legendary Motorsport website, however you need a place to store it, if you badly want it I recommend buying the $25,000 garage:)
