Is Ghosts like Mw3 and Bops2 where you get an unlock token every prestige so you can perma-unlock something? Thanks

Sort of, you share all of your squad points among each character you buy and use. You mainly get squad points by ranking and up and you get 2 per rank, you can buy any weapon and perk at any level as long as you have enough squad points. After you finish your first character and buy the next, you keep those remaining squad points and can use them instantly. It's kind of hard to explain

There are no permanent unlock tokens in Call of Duty: Ghosts. However, when you prestige one of your soldiers, what you've unlocked for that soldier will remain, so basically you don't lose anything when you prestige your soldier(s).

When you rank a character up to 60, It's prestiged, then when you buy your next character its like starting over but you can switch back to your old characters anytime, but you share your squad points.
