Have had ghosts about 4 hours and I'm only level 9, I've heard were were only getting 1/4 of xp, is this true???

I know they arent updated, but you can still see how it is based. Barracks > Leaderboards > Domination and it will say it at the top. But I dont have the game so I cant look.

It really is the hardest CoD to rank up guys, I have about 8hrs played and I'm only level 25. I hope this 1/4 XP thing is true otherwise the grind to 10th is gonna be real
