In your opinion whats the best computer for running games on? i have a laptop but i feel it is no way capable of registering a game without terrible lag.

Custom build more bang for your buck I wouldn't buy a pre built PC overpriced

Custom builds are the best in my opinion, as soon as you know the purpose you can build the computer around that which is a lot better than some components being good enough and some not.
