I'm a computer technician and the only way we can access files if they forget there password is to remove the password.
We use this program called Hiren and we remove the passwotrds that way i would explain it but it is very long.
I'm surer there are tutorials on youtube just type how to remove computer password with hiren anjd there should be some tutorials.
Hiren is a free program but you are going to need to mount the program to your usb or a CD and boot iut from there.
Good Luck
Need any help just ask me.

You could just take out the hard drive - and put it in another PC.

EVGA wrote You could just take out the hard drive - and put it in another PC.
But it could be actually in the computer not external.
