Im agreeing with Reversing, you do need to add color, and I think you should add two stars by your music symbols but overall it really epic. 8-10

Very pixelated, and your lettering runs together in some areas but not in others, making it look un-uniformed. You can adjust that in your character dialog box in PS with the tool that has an A with a horizontal arrow below (horizontal spacing). Coloring doesn't need to be needed. You just need to occupy more of the negative space to attract the viewers eyes away from the background. This means occupy more space with text opposed to background..
