Okay, so I installed a VIA 6421 Sata Card and it seemed to go fine. I used the disc that game with it to install the drivers. Then it told me to restart, so I did. But during restart it didnt come back on. So I has to turn it off manually. Now when I turn my PC on, the HP logo pops up, then some writing comes up and then it goes blank. Someimes nothing comes up at all but the computer is running and no my monitor is 100% working.

Any ideas?

While it's loading, look for a message at the bottom left or right saying "Press F__ to load Boot Menu". Use the Load to most recent working, and try again. Usually to get to the boot menu it's F11 or F2.

You could also try taking the card out and see if it boots up.

I'd call the card manufacturer then.
