Just wondering what night is the midnight release held for Call of Duty: Ghosts? Is it Monday night at 12:00 or tuesday night at 12:00?

Games are almost always released on Tuesday, so it's at 12 AM Tuesday morning. Or Monday night at 11:59:59 PM.

It wouldn't be Monday night. You will show up to get it on Monday night, but when you get the game, it will be Tuesday morning.
